Open Science Presentations
Open Science Presentations is a project Dr. Meekins started in Spring 2020 as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. Students and professors alike were unable to present their work at conferences and prepare for their dissertation defenses. OSP is a livestream format designed to allow presentations of all varieties while lowering the stress level of the presenter and exposing their work to a wider audience than they might otherwise have. Presenters can disseminate their work and improve their talks, and viewers can provide helpful feedback while broadening their own horizons.
